Why dont we randomize draft files? For example assign #1 to 2002, #2 to 2007, and put it in a randomizer, then reveal the draft class right before lotto. Would help prevent blatant tanking and would make the league more exciting

Sign me up for the restart. Selfishly, I would like a restart because my team isn't in a great shape right now due to salaries. This league has been fantastic, and I'm happy that both my start and finish to this league is with the Orlando Magic and Tracy Mcgrady lol. We won 52 games in our first season here, and we won 53 games this season. Nice way to end it.

are all 29 GM's gonna stick around for even an 8 round creation draft?
Creation drafts are only good when everyone is involved and it goes fast, it also needs to be well ran with strict time limits. Otherwise we either ditch the league or try replacing 5 inactive team's and the GM's end up getting a crap team they probably didn't want.

bundybastard I'm kinda hesitant to ask this, but since you said you wanted to mix things up, wanna try making this an agent league? Means alot of recruiting

I think we have at least 20 GMs here already who would do a pretty good job at sticking to a draft and at least 5 including bundy who would be willing to (and trusted to) auto at all hours of the day

Would help prevent blatant tanking and would make the league more exciting a majority of team's that tank for the 2003 class would probably tank for the 2000 class to. You tank when you feel you have no other options. I don't think most of us would ditch our star players just because there's a chance we might get LeBron only to end up drafting Darko.

I'm not against this just make it RC/AC points, I think activity would increase and more people would do articles

Means alot of recruiting Whats an agent league? instead of doing the traditional FA and stuff we would do here, FA's would be represented by an agent and you would do negotiations with that agent if you wanted a certain player, like how teams do free agency in real life. It skips the whole "luck" element of FBB, rather agents decide where that player goes based on the offer given, the condition the team's in and other things you would typically expect from an agent. If ya want to see what that looks like, surprisingly my old forum is still up so you can check it here dunksnbuzzerbeaters.proboards.com/board/10/free-agency-cutsduring season they would handle player issues like their current role with the team.

Oh wow my first ever sim league was like that, but the agent was also the commish of the league. How is it structured? Would the agent be bundy in this case?

Would the agent be bundy in this case? there's more then one agent hence the more recruiting, you or I could be agents if we wanted to I doubt it's happening anyways, but bundy did say he wanted a change up and has asked me about it in the distant past.
