honestly whoever the last person to sign with the raps was should be removed from there roster amnesty style because they shouldnt have even been able to sign that person had this been known/recognized earlier. Even if he fucked up he shouldnt have to be accounting for 16 players salaries. I have no clue who his signing that got him to 15 is but that contract should be amnestied

I only mentioned Bowdler because absolutely no one knew where he was suppose to be, even heatflash thought Bowlder was suppose to be somewhere else
