I mean HC is not the end of the world, when I took over the Knicks I hit HC and I've recovered since and had a consistent playoff team until I decided to deal Ewing for Marbury and then wound up with Garnett as well.
So yeah hes over but if he hits the penalty its not that big a deal, its recoverable.
