You don't have any notable two-guards on your roster, will you target one via trade? I am targeting a few in FA but if I am unable to get one of them it will be one of the priorities before the season starts.

After not getting anything on day 1 or 2, what are your plans for day 3 and 4 Well I did pick-up Kwame Brown on day 2 for 2 years 7 million which is not too hefty. But what I really am looking for on day 3 and 4 is a capable SG who can shoot the three ball and defend the perimeter. I will also be looking to fill my roster with good depth to help my team have a better chance to winning.

The harder you've been trying to trade Nene, the better he's become as a player. Are you still determined to move him, or would you reconsider and keep him as a franchise piece now?

No I am no longer moving him. He proved to me he wants to make this his team. He certainly is a franchise piece now.

(remember to quote - and keeping track of how many Qs you've answered is probably a good idea)
Will the Bobcats be even more competitive than last season?

I feel the team will be at the same spot it was last year due to my inability to getting Darko back but if I find the right DC to get NENE in a scoring grove, Green needs to be a 20 point scorer which I hope he gets now that he will be playing SG. Rondo also needs to step it up more I want him to be a 10/10 guy. These three are key to determine if this team will get far or not.

Where do you see Jeff Green's ceiling? Hopefully he becomes a better 3-point shooter but he should be a 24 point scorer. I believe he is closer to reaching this even more so now that I will be moving him permanently at SG.

Despite his struggles, does your organization still envision Rajon Rondo developing into a star caliber player ?

Despite his struggles, does your organization still envision Rajon Rondo developing into a star caliber player ? Well recently he has picked up his assist game, and has scored when called upon. It is a process we will continue to pursue because he has shown brilliance at times. He just needs to continue working on his jump shot and the game will really open up for him. All in all we see him becoming a pivotal player on this squad of his passing and his defensive abilities. Let me also remind you that he is only 22 years old and he has time to get better and better.

When will the Bobcats be ready to contend? A break through season for Jeff Green and Rajon Rondo Should elevate this team into contention. Jeff Green needs to score 20 points a game while doing a little of everything too. Also look to see Rondo average 10 assists a game and expect this team to be a great contender. One more season and they should be there!

Your team has been struggling as of late, any confidence heading into the playoffs that your team can make a run ?

We still have 20 more days to go. I still have confidence in this team to make a run in the playoffs now that Rondo has really showed promise. Just before we were struggling we won 5 in a row. This team needs to just live up to their best abilities and dominate.

With the playoffs wrapped up, what has your 1st round exit taught you about your team?

With the playoffs wrapped up, what has your 1st round exit taught you about your team? Two things need to be added. 1. I Need more scoring other than NENE. Nene can score 21 points a game but I would be really happy if he can get more help from Jeff Green and have 2 20 point scorers. The second is getting a legit SG. Dudley is playing out of position and Joe Crawford does not have the defense to guard any of the elite SGs.

Hey itnas... Could you make it obvious who you're replying to, and could you try to answer all Qs... ? Cheers.
And - the Bobcats had a relatively successful - making the playoffs, but still only managed to accumulate 40 wins. What changes will you aim for to be more competitive?

Cheers. And - the Bobcats had a relatively successful - making the playoffs, but still only managed to accumulate 40 wins. What changes will you aim for to be more competitive? Well as of right now I am at cross roads with this team. I am unsure if I should retool. Rondo has not looked like his rookie year self and Jeff Green did not improve at all scoring wise, 17 points his Rookie season and 17 his sophomore year. These two need to improve tremendously to make a bigger splash this up coming season. We also need a true SG and not Dudley who has not been playing his natural position. Joe Crawford is a good scorer for limited minutes but is not a capable defender and with a great amount of SG this is a major weakness. malice

Where do you see the Bobcats this season? In the playoffs or another year of acquiring youth and tanking?

Where do you see the Bobcats this season? In the playoffs or another year of acquiring youth and tanking? Well I really hope a 8th seed and a middle in the road team which is fine for a developing team whose only concern is to stay together. Also if we happen to be terrible acquiring a SG who can shot the three ball would do this team wonders. The future holds a lot of promise.

Who do you think will become the better player: Summers or Griffin? (Or perhaps you think someone else)

Two words. GREG MONROE... what is he to your team? After using a high draft pick on him is he your future? Right now Greg Monroe is a hustle player, grabbing rebounds and doing all the dirty work. He is currently 7th in the league in rebounding. He still needs to develop a inside game but he has already found his niche. Well Greg Monroe is not a THE Furture but he is part of the future. If I can keep Monroe/Collison/Summers/Griffin together for years this should be a very good team. Once he develops a better inside game look to him to be a pivotal scorer for this team. Thanks for the question.

(Or perhaps you think someone else) Well for me I believe the better player is Summers and it might just stay that way if he maintains that scoring prowl. 25 points a game for Summers is something I do not think Griffin will be able to do but both will be very similar in talent. The most I see Griffin scoring is 22 points a game which is great do not get me wrong but Summers is the better scorer. Thanks for the question.

After a string of low performance seasons, the Bobbies look to be rapidly improving. What heights can they hit this season?
(could ask me a Q in return...)

(could ask me a Q in return...)Well this season I expect this team to be a 7th seed. They are a great team for the amount of youth it has. If I can keep this team intact I expect them to get very far.

Do you think Greg Monroe can be a franchise center? He easily can, he can already rebound a lot, he just needs to polish his offensive scoring. Currently a slightly above C scorer. If he can get into the B rang he should be a really solid scorer.
