Jeff green is having a great rookie season. Do you anticipate him to be rookie of the year? Yes if he maintains his play he should be rookie of the year. There is a lot of competition with KD and Oden both close to Jeff Green.

Are you pleasantly surprised with Nene's output so far this season?

Are you pleasantly surprised with Nene's output so far this season? When I traded for him I saw a lot of potential in his game to become a great player and this season has backed it up. His 20-10 this season is amazing compared to last season which he averaged 11 points and 9 boards, but now that he is a focal point he has really made this organization and the fans very proud.

Do you envision this roster maintaining a practice spot or will you be active on the trade market ?

Do you envision this roster maintaining a practice spot or will you be active on the trade market ? I invision this roster to remain the same essentially because of youth being similar but if I see some one as young who is better then I will be willing to trade.

I invision this roster to remain the same essentially because of youth being similar but if I see some one as young who is better then I will be willing to trade. I meant playoff spot, my fault As of right now I have trust in this team to keep the 5th spot in the playoffs. I have a good scoring Center in NENE(20/9), and SF in Jeff Green(18/6/3). Plus my PG Rondo is doing great in his second year in the league 12 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds and it 10th in steal with 2 a game, I feel like every player plays there part.

With a myriad of expiring contracts, not that much cap space left, and no future firsts in sight, how do you plan on building on the core of this roster?

Heading into the playoffs against the Indiana Pacers, what will be your teams key to winning the series ? From what I have seen in the regular season, the way we have beaten the Pacers is through our Center Nene who had 28 points and 24 respectively. By playing through NENE we have gotten Tyson Chandler get into foul trouble and play a low amount of minutes. Another big key is our scoring three needs to match the Pacers because when we did the rest of the team like Rondo, Dudley, Pietrus, Daniels. have all stepped up.

Well I should have a large amount of cap in the offseason: Manu 10 million darko 12 million, daniels 5 million, pietrus 4.5 million, and 2.2 million of two other players leaves me with 33.7 million cap space minus 11 million should be 23 million which is a great amount of money for this upcoming FA. I need to add a dominate young Center or young PF and a much better SG for my team to remain competitive.

You came damn close to upsetting Indiana in the first round, and you had two chances at eliminating them - only to lose in game 7. Still... you'd have to be happy with the way the season played out, correct?

I think it is safe to say Darko will be among your top targets in the upcoming free agency. Without tipping your hand too much who do you feel are some of the better upcoming free agents?
(please ask one in return!)

(please ask one in return!)Well there are many good FA's but one that is a great upcoming agent is Dwight Howard ....... even though he is a RFA. There are others but it might be best for me not to say too much.

Still... you'd have to be happy with the way the season played out, correct? Oh yes most definitely excited about how the season played out especially getting past the CY year. Seeing Rondo becoming a more consistent passer now and with the promise Jeff Green demonstrated this seasons as ROTY. NENE was also great putting this team on his back, I wish Darko wanted to resign but he really likes a lot of money.

After a promising 2nd season from Rondo, what do you think he needs to do to take that leap to the next level ?

After a promising 2nd season from Rondo, what do you think he needs to do to take that leap to the next level ? I hope his outside scoring develops even more this upcoming season because it will open up the game to him even more. Being able to do so will allow more scoring from him and second guessing from the opposing point guard which should lead to more assists and a less clogged paint.

After literally being a franchise saver last season, what does the organization hope to get out of shopping Nene around the league ?

First of all NENE is being shopped around but we love him on this team, we just want to see what there is out there. If I do trade him it would be for a young player with great potential and picks.

(feel free to ask questions back of people!)What's on your free agency wish-list? Mostly the younger players in the FA like Al Jefferson Darko Milicic, Dwight Howard, Emeka Okafor, Kwame Brown, Luol Deng. Who knows one of these guys I might get would be Ideal.

You don't have any notable two-guards on your roster, will you target one via trade?
