I propose that in the next CBA the amount of 1st rounders a team can have in one draft is 3.
Trades for players just drafted would fine though.

Its more then likely the 20th Season of the league will also have an Amnesty clause available.
Ill include this in the final CBA proposal, since we are close to halfway through this Season, the current CBA nego will be towards next Seasons CBA.

Guess something can be mentioned regarding waivers, a GM pmd me suggesting we allow waivers to be traded between Day 1 and Day 60...

GMs signing a player that's been cut in a trade that the GM was involved in, think this is a tad unfair for other GMs who don't have any knowledge of the player being cut.
For example, Braz trying to sign Jefferson

If it was enforced and turned into a auction style sort of scenario, then that may work. |
