Each GM gets to pick a player starting at number 29, since the Bulls don't have a GM Ill fill in for them.

Reward: +2 RC, best post gets an upgrade to a +3AC, more then likely to dish out the +3 AC to multiple GMs if they deserve it

Could easily crack the top 10 at least but I thought Id start this off with a controversial selection, defensively Andrei is as good as they come, he can do it all and at an elite level, fills the stat sheet and makes his GM a ton of cash. 4 times winning the DPOTY award within this first 6 years, mind boggling and an achievement Im almost certain will never be achieved in this league again. His levelled off a little the past 3 Seasons however his game is still as good as its ever been. His scoring has finally flourished and his enjoying his best offensive Season so far, hitting the high teens and it wouldn't surprise me if he develops it even further and becomes a 20/12/3/3/4 machine, scary numbers for any opposition player. Id definitely be crossing me fingers hoping he one day tests the market.

28. Like Anderi Kirilenko, Grant Hill is a very well rounded player who has seen a little bit of a decline, but can still fill up a stat sheet like no other. Very few wing players if any can actually average a double double without even touching the power forward position. Grant Hill has done this three times in his 12 year career and could do it for a fourth time this year if his averages hold up (currently at 10.2 rebounds right now). Hill isn't just a surprisingly good rebounder but just a surprisingly good shot blocker as well averaging close to two blocks a game in multiple seasons while also averaging 1 steal or more in all but two seasons. To complete his all around game Hill has proven to be a top notch scorer averaging 27.3 ppg against Philly in 2042. Hill's also turned into a decent ball handler for the Knicks this year averaging a 3:1 Assist/TO ratio. Hill's really only negative is his abysmal three point shooting, Hill's only had 3 seasons where he's averaged 30% or higher from the arc. He also has seen very little team success in his career, Hill's only really been on two winning teams, the Clippers in 2039 in his last year there (statistically his worst season in the league) and last year with the Hornets.

Still Hill is a remarkable all around player that can do a ton of things to help a team win and is showing that all around game well with the Knicks.

27. Jerry Stackhouse. Opposite of AK. Purely an offensive threat. Stack has averaged 26 points for his career and has been a top ten scorer for the past decade. In truth the only bright spot in Phoenix that I can remember. He's been in a couple all star games and won two dunk contests. I am mainly sighting him here for his overal consultancy and reliability to put up over 25 a game day in and day out for the Suns.

I don't think Stackhouse should be higher than Grant Hill tbh. And his stats have always been inflated because he's on the Suns. I think if Dirk was on the Suns, he would average 25-30ppg
