Trade Frenzy/CBA update

Trade Frenzy, +2 RC rewarded to any GM involved in a decent trade, usually have a cap on this which is usually only the one +2 RC however if you make multiple deals I might consider a GM claiming 2 +2 RCs

Deadline is Sim 2

CBA changes will be announced tomorrow, Ive taken on board GMs opinions on some of the ideas in the CBA suggestions thread so expect to see a few new rules introduced.

Bc it's a bigger trade than will happen bc of this post and it was with in 24 hours

I think it should count. Why penalize activity.
