First Place: blue - 23 votes (4 First places votes)
-Manages to improve his team constantly without giving up his two best pieces
-Got the most of the Lakers out west and pulled down the league's best record. Made a few nice moves to get Divac, Porter, and set good DCs
-Like to see a bench player on an All-Team
-Made nice trades to turn his team into a legitimate contending squad, was unlucky to run into a juggernaut in the finals but he has the pieces in place to be good for a few more seasons

Second Place: shorty - 14 votes (2 first place votes)
-despite the horrible second half of the season, he still pulled off good deals and managed to finish top 3
-Adding Carter made a world of difference
-They somehow made it again.
-just so he won't whine about not getting any votes
Third Place: entrapy - 10 votes (2 first place votes)
-Made it to top of the tough, tough East. Forgot what moves they made, but they had the league's best offense.
-all the patience with penny paid off and they finally look poised to be a contender for a few years now
-maintained a season of excellence and remained on top in the tough east

entrapy - up and down season but pulled it together last two sims to finish top in the east
shorty - knew how exactly what moves to make to solidify his team especially internally after up and down back to back sims

-I honestly don't know how he rebuilds/retools and win at the same time so he gets my vote
-Moved half his team once again and had one of the best inside teams in the league. They looked like a top 3 favorite to win the championship at end of season
