First Place: aar - 24 votes (7 first place votes)
-Got two very good pieces to absolutely dominate in the regular season. One of those pieces, Marion, is another stud on a rookie contract
-Active in the trade market as usual, had a dominant season
-dominate team with a very manageable team economically
-Despite coming off a championship, aar still made moves to improve his team with every trade. Added former MVP, 6'10 Eddy Terrell and Shawn Marion onto an already loaded team. The Wizards are the ultimate example of great cap management, youth, and star talent. Best team in the league.
Second Place: ducksruleall51 - 18 votes (2 first place votes)
-Had a good FA followed up by a very very good season. No one expected that when last season ended.
-becoming one of the best team out west with JO, Stanley and Stockton
-had a quietly successful season. Made great offseason moves and did more with less compared to the Wolves
Third Place: bloop - 16 votes (3 first place votes)
-Fuck Bloop
-Nice season, made some moves to help his team win more
-Bulls had a great season and are the hottest team in the league right now. Bloop had his eye out all season for ways to improve his team and make small moves throughout the season and now his team is one of the favorites to win it all.
-Added Isiah Thomas cheap in the offseason and he really helped keep them competitive.
Honorable Mention: shorty - 16 votes (1 first place vote)
- Made the jump to a top team this year without any major moves, small well planned transactions helped him succeed
-Idk how but he took the same team and made them a contender, he used voodoo on laphonso
-They built a really nice team around LaPhonso and Richmond and finished with the 2nd best overall record in the league. He saw the value of a lot of cheap and under the radar talent
My Votes:
bloop - dude just knows how to win, got the perfect PG for his system. will be a force in the playoffs
ducksruleall51 - big resignings during FA, swiped back Spre from griz. dominant force out west all season, might see a sim league ship in the bay area
shorty - always a force out east, a constant reminder why i moved out the atlantic

-For turning what was thought to be a shit trade into one of the best making his team into a near title contender.
-Made a good trade and knocked out the best team in the west
-He got ripped by a few GMs for trading Glenn Robinson and Jamal Crawford in a deal that netted him Pee Wee Kirkland and Arvydas Sabonis, but it completely turned his team around. I believe that they had a bottom-8 pick when they made that trade and it vaulted them into the playoffs.

-Even though the Hawks really slipped after the first couple sims, team is nice and when Peja/Anderson/Francis/Okur hit their prime, they will be a force
blue - 2
-Improved a ton, and was one of the best in the west for most of the season
super - 1
-Had the rape of the year, and a few other nice moves throughout the season
swish - 1
-Made some good moves to make his team relevant again
getbeard - 1
-IDK how beard does it but for two consecutive years he has managed to win so many games without having a typical star on his roster
SRG - 1
-While maintaining his ever-faithful commitment to Dikembe, Kobe, and Benji, SRG also made a lot of smart additions this season. Sonics added in Ty Hudson, Christian Laettner, and Anthony Mason, and they are one of the hottest teams in the league heading into the playoffs
braz - 1
-Made moves to still make the playoffs and have a lotto pick with trades
