Ended up getting a reply from one of the developers on proboards. Apparently in the next few weeks there will be a means of transfering other databases to proboards.

Was actually thinking:
* Maybe I could merge both NBAD's old database / hoopsactive database.
* If you guys want to keep this all on one site I can look to bring this forum over to one forum also. I'll make Bundy/SRG etc. administrators so that you don't have to wait on me for everything.

I dunno, it's all up in the air right now, I'm testing the waters with the guys. They're actually offering incentives for transferring to proboards also, things like an ad-free site, domain linking etc.

In regards to reopening the original hoops-active forum they've replied, Malice is correct.

Proboards is kinda meh tbh, its alright but has some annoying flaws. Guess though it will improve with more knowledge.

whats meh about it? I haven't played around enough with proboards to know. If I can edit templates then proboards isn't going to be hard to edit. Will be easy to make it look like the previous versions.

No idea what's going on with those guys, I do know I have a shit-load of +s adding up, and no way to impart them beyond Robin Lopez.  

I would ALSO say that it's not just Flip or somerandomguy who aren't that active - a lot of GMs have dropped off a bit, and I'd expect that the reason is that we're in a state of limbo due to HA dropping the ball.  I have no idea as to whether it's salvageable - I hope so - but if we can get this fixed soon (*ahem*... jmewls ), then we'll be better off.
