The following players have decided to come out of the retirement and have entered the current FA class, they will be only returning to be on the roster of a contender, they WILL ONLY sign for a team they feel that has a legitimate chance of winning a championship.
You can only offer a MIN/LLE/MLE to any of these players, any other bid will be ignored, and bid from a team that has a low chance of contending will be ignored as well, so in other words, if your tanking don't waste my time by offering a contract
