I noticed in alot of GM's avatar's it lists multiple teams for the same GM, do people leave the league often and come back or are you able to switch teams if you get bored after a certain time?

Have a few GMs who have taken a break and returned, theres only one allocation that has occurred in the leagues history

Can all GMs please have the Avatar or Sig of the team that they run. Would be much easier to see when getting a trade offer from a GM what team he runs.
