One of the most hotly contested polls has been restricted free agency. Some like it as it is and some want it gone altogether.
i feel like this proposal is a good middle ground.
The new rule will be that teams are allowed to exercise a restricted free agent clause for $750 once every four years. The $750 will go to the team that signed the player in question.
This will be tracked by team and would reset in the event of an expansion team.

Im very much in favour of removing RFA from the league, theres only roughly 2 RFAs occurring every offseason, think its time to put this decision in the hands of the FBB gods.
