GMA Poll: Revised Expansion Draft

Revised expansion draft: Hold the expansion draft before preseason when rosters are full and allow only 7 players to be protected. More talent will be available for new teams and they will have a full empty roster heading into FA. This would help level the playing field overall.

For example, using the Wizards roster, here is who would be available
