Deron Williams looks to have taken a step back this season, why do you think this has happened ? it happens so much now, that I have paid no attention to it, from Wade to Williams and now Lewis, it's just the case of players taking that next step and other players taking a different role for the betterment of the team. So long as Williams is still stepping up when needed and passing the ball (which has gone up) that's all that matters to me |

Is it Championship or bust for this team? that's how every season is like now, we had our best year last year and we have improved year by year by year since I called off the rebuild, the only thing better then reaching the finals only to lose in 7 games is to win a championship. |

With how good the teams been this year, what would you say is a weakness if you had to choose one ? it's a somewhat well rounded team considering the approach I took, I could say defense is a weakness, but I can't say I was expecting great defense to start with, the rebounding needs improvement, I won't say it's a huge weakness because Okafor is so great on the boards and ever since I move Camby and acquired Sheed his rebounding has gotten better as expected. No matter what happens in the playoffs, rebounding is something I want improved heading into next season if I can't do anything about it before the TD |

With 'Sheed announcing he'll be a free agent was he simply a 1 year rental or do you plan on aggressively negotiating come the opening bell of free agency?

The chuck obviously results in the availability of many offensive rebounds. Is Emeka Okafor, being the only B+ or better rebounder on your team going to grab enough of those misses?
