Because the 2034 1st's top 6 protection was used, the 2035 1st will technically be unprotected going to the Heat.
Well I'm adding mandatory top 6 protection on the 2035 1st as well because the whole spirit of the rule was so that the GM taking over the CY'd team would have a 1st pick. All the protection rules will just be pushed back a season later.

thats kinda BS for the heat.... The wolves should decide to give this year or next then. If it was protected this year he already got his protection on it. fair enough. then next year the same graces on and on. I love dae and all but the wolves were left a mess and why should heat gm be screwed out of a potential good pick twice because of that? its not liek he traded wolves for the pick to fuck him. he got it from itnas. as much as your trying to be fair to the new gm, remember the other gms in the league who wouldnt want to get screwed. If that was me in the heat gm spot i would be pissed as fuck

The spirit of the rule is so that no new GM taking over a shit team will have a 1st. We're lucky we even have someone lined up to take the Wolves.

The Wolves are most attractive now then they been in 10 seasons. Have picks 2/11 in this draft plus no bad players on the books. He will prob sign the 3 top FA with 60 mil in room then trade them all for mor picks to bottom out anyway. If he does t have his pick for next season he is challenged to actual gm. Sign key guys to go with his two lotto rookies and make the playoffs or just not be top 3 worst team which is super doable

Btw if anyone is unhappy, I'm pissed I have to waste all this time hearing/dealing with Super's leftover shit, but sadly that's what needs to be done. Let's just work to find a compromise somewhere.
