We've seen a bit of a shift in the Washington plan - what are your immediate goals and how do you hope to achieve them? We have entered an all out remaking of the team. We are gathering a lot of expiring contracts and picks for the future. We are going to have a lot of cap space for the upcoming free agent class. Hopefully we can build through the draft and free agency |

What players on the current roster have a longterm future with the team ? Going to be completely honest. I am not sure if anybody outside of maybe Willie Green has a long term future with the team. We are going to evaluate the team this offseason and see what direction we will go. |

Any key free agents you guys are targeting this offseason? There are a few we have in mind, but we aren't going to disclose that information right now. we have to wait and see if they resign with their current teams or not. |

What does the next season hold for the Wiz? We have to wait and see what happens in free agency and the draft, but we always have playoff expectations. We just have to wait and see who we can bring to Washington. We have a ton of ap space and there are a lot of good players in free agency this year... |

Who is the face of the franchise right now for the Wizards? Most teams have that one or two players whom news stations mark down as their go-to person to mention when they speak of matchups.

We only have three players right now. All are good role players/quality starter, but we don't have that face of the franchise |

We are definitely making a play for some of the bigger names in the class. With the free agent crop being as deep as it is, we feel we can get one or two quality players |

Definitely have a chance to build a contender through free agency. We just have to wait and see if we land those players |
