New Scouting System

I talked about this a little in the shout box and have talked to shorty about it.  But I've made a site that will hopefully speed up the draft process by a lot.  Basically you log in with a username and password and a list of all the rookies will appear in a drop down menu.  You select which rookie you want to scout and it will give you that player's potential (with the regular +/- chosen at random).  It will also keep track of how many players you've scouted and then it can be checked up on if you've paid for all the scouts you've used.  I made a tool for shorty to import all the rookies when they are ready.  Currenty there a few players in there so you can try it out.  Everything will be reset before actual rookie scouting starts, so don't worry about how much money your spending in the testing. 

Currently everyone's username and password is their team name.  For example, mine is:
username: Suns
password: Suns

Your team name will always be your username, but the passwords will be randomized and PM'd to GMs.  If you want to select your own password PM it to me.  If not, I will PM your random one before the actual players are posted. 

Also, use the buttons on the screen.   Try to avoid the back and forward buttons.  If you hit the back button after scouting a player, the displayed number of scouts you used will be inaccurate, but it is still counting them as scouts.

I used the raptors log in to scout to test it out so that's why you have 6. I knew yours was working and I couldn't get mine right

Ya. I can probably find the time once per season to do it.

Also a warning to those trying to cheat the system, hitting refresh after scouting a player will change the random +/- number you're given, but it will also count as a 2nd scout. So don't try to refresh to get a range of numbers cuz it will cost you a lot of money.
I may add something where you can review all the scouts you've made with the numbers you've been given in case you forget to write it down or forget it.
