Taking into effect this Offseason, FA bids need to be submitted in the following format...
Example..
Michael Jordan - 4 years - $14,000,000 - 10%
So from now on the first year salary MUST be listed as the full amount
No more 14 million or 4.85 million or shit like that, post the full first year salary
Some GMs already do this, but the rest needs to start submitting them this way...
