No point discussing that. Trade reversal after 3 sims is not gonna happen.
Again, I know the "special condition" wasn't met, but it's not the simmer's job to check to see if you go over HC or not. We just do our best to make sure the trade is valid, and that the roster spots/salaries work. When I was doing it, I was more worried about the roster spots and cuts. It's up to you to watch for your cap.
