After the recent trades the Hornets have completed, what is your teams outlook? How high are you on Xaiver and Stefan Pot to fill the void left by Trae Young?

The main question hornets fans ask is "why" this why could have to do with why do we always suck? Why do we just play when it's Cy get 42 wins and rebuild? Why does itnas never sim? Just why? Answer how ever you like the fan base needs to hear your voice

Well after recent trades I feel like the team is bound of a high pick in a pretty decent draft. Harrison can mentor our youth and give us another scorer too. I am rather high on Xavier when he was starting for two Sims he had a great showings as a scorer already and had some game with double digit assist and a good at steals. Not sure on Pot but he could be a change of pace player I need to back-up Xavier. Looks like Crawford will move to SG next season so Pot can get some playing time.

Well hornets fans have to be prepared for these Ups and Downs for two seasons when he should be a playoff team. A championship is hard to say as of right now since there are many tough teams out there. I give it 4 years if I had to give a time frame.

Answer how ever you like the fan base needs to hear your voice I think the main reason is because I want and have the hope of some day drafting a consistent 25 + scorer to the team. Thus far I have only had 2 that have done so for this team.... Erving has twice, and i think Macvan once. This reason and because I want to maintain a high level of interest wheeling and dealing as well as being fully satisfied in the team I get. Usually though I like to give my core 4-5 seasons by looking at the potential of the upcoming drafts I took that route again. I rarely SIM because I am really busy coaching a ref team, going ti the gym, playing pick-up ball, homework. Simply put I have a lot to do but when I do SIM is because I can spare an hr of time.

After having a sim to evaluate Simpson, what are your thoughts about him. What are his strengths/weaknesses?

After having a sim to evaluate Simpson, what are your thoughts about him. What are his strengths/weaknesses? I think his Main weakness right now is his consistency passing the ball he has nights where he has 11 assists and 1 t/o and then he has nights where he has 5 assists and 3 T/O. His strength is his stealing as well as scoring he had a 6 steal game and only one game had 0 steals. He had a 19 point game while his worst game being a 8 point game. Hr has great potential to be a good floor general.

Why the rush to trade Reggie Lewis? Thought he was a good young player, that would have fit well with you're young core. Hawks pick could be late lotto or squeeze into playoffs, and the Pacers look to be playoff bound for seasons to come.

I also feel like this is as good as he will get scoring wise. He is not a #1 option rather a #2 option type player that can get 20 a game not a max player. I also did not want to be in the middle of the road team again with 42 wins and because if thus deep draft I feel this is a retool and a cheap way to gain some depth. Plus FA should be decent.

who is the leader of your team currently well the team captain and vocal leader would be the great Terry Teagle. We also have our vet Edwards who has mentoring how to be a professional in this league in Edwards. Simpson even as a rookie is becoming more vocal and our co-captain.

What is the endgame plan here for the Hornets? get a top 5 pick this season get a scoring wing, pick a versatile player with another lotto pick, other pick maybe delt for cash or future future first(depends) resign brown, get depth at need positions through FA and possibly who knows make it to the playoff that season but if not then we will continue to add pieces. Keeping the core of Brown, Teagle, Simpson, and nick Williams and surround that with depth.

How will you develop qi? Inside outside defense Great question, I want to essentially make him a threat from inside and outside where he really simply cannot be stopped from where ever he touches the ball, so Inside/ outside threat would be great.

you worried Qi is shooting 39%? Or you think he'll improve it with DC changes

Looks like Qi is ready to take the role as your star as a do it all player. How will you build around him and are you ready to pay him what he asks for in FA next year

How will you build around him and are you ready to pay him what he asks for in FA next year Qi has been a great Surprise in which he can do it all in the Balanced offense we are running. I want to build more of a ready outside scoring team, I just do not think the team I have can compete in an outside focus. I would need a young rebounding big to help out Qi some. I just hope Brad can be that guy. Of course I am ready to pay Qi next season, I am not going to make the same mistake I did with Malone seasons ago.

Your team is quickly back into rebuild mode, when do you envision the Hornets contending ?

Your team is quickly back into rebuild mode, when do you envision the Hornets contending ? Probably never or in 4 seasons when Qi is averaging 28 PPG and Pars is averaging 20 PPG, I just need players that complement each other well and I still have not found that yet.
