So with the addition of Trae young what role will he be and how successful do you think he will be? 1) Right now his role will be coming off the bench and providing valuable minutes while Cousy is on the bench. It is quite apparent to us that Jordan is nearing the end of his career, so we wanted to find a viable option that can provide good production down the road for us. I think he will be successful because he is playing on the second unit so he will have the benefit of going up against teams second unit rather than play some of the tough PG's in the league.

Your team has been pretty successful since we traded you the now two time mvp cousey. So you think you won that trade ? If so why or why not?

2) I think within the first few years I won the trade, but as Kemp continues to develop it will even out the trade. A MVP caliber PG is really a nice problem to have, but Kemp is a force himself averaging 22 Points, 11 Rebounds, 1 steal and 2 blocks and he is only 23 so he still has room to grow. Drew also was involved in a deal for MJ so I guess there's his value to you

You've been the clear #1 seed in the since probably the third sim, and its doubtful anyone catches you. Who do you see as your biggest competition in the East? And from the West?

And from the West? 3) Right now, I think the Celtics are our biggest competition. They lead the season series 2-1 and seem to always play our team pretty well. Not really sure out West as we haven't played much of the west so far. Think I have to hand it to Grizzlies and LA though. MJ is always tough to defend, and Lakers have a really solid team out there around Earl Monroe. Sonics should be pretty challenging for us too.

If you don't win it all this season, what are your off season plans? Will you start a rebuilding plan? Or will you still try to win next season Again?

Or will you still try to win next season Again? 4) It's something we'll have to evaluate at the end of the season. Assuming we have no hard cap casualties and able to add some depth, I think we are in line for another opportunity to win a ring. I have stated before that I'm willing to rebuild, but it may be difficult to get good value for my dudes in this league. Trade market is weird in this league. Sometimes GM''s will be willing to give good value for stars, and sometimes you'll see Andrew Wiggins get traded for Kevin McHale and Cliff Robinson

How would you describe this team as the best team you have ever had? 5) I don't think I'd describe this as the best team I've ever had, but it's the best I've had in a minute. Best team I've ever had including all leagues would have to be either Tony Parker - Tony Allen - Kawhi Leonard - Tim Duncan - DeMarcus Cousins with Manu and Love off the bench. Or this league earlier in my career when I had Oden - JO - Melo - Kobe - Williams. Team was hard to beat because of how efficient Kobe and Melo were, and whenever they did miss one of JO or Oden would likely grab the board. Another good team I had in this league would have to be one of the teams I had with Roy, I mean at one point his complimentary pieces were Oden and Gibson, and he still carried the team to many EFC trips and a ring.

You have a good, young core. Which players do you expect to build around for future years?

You have a good, young core. Which players do you expect to build around for future years? 6) Right now, we're building around Cousy, Pippen and Miller, all reaching their prime at age 26. We hope to be able to build around Trae Young and Harper some day, but they may just be role playing complimentary pieces off the bench, which is okay when you have guys like Cousy and Miller starting.

Makes sense. But since you plan on Trae coming off the bench, if he asks for a rookie max deal this offseason, will you resign a bench player to a max?

rank these 3 from best to worst, at this very moment Cousy Pippen Reggie 7) It's tough to rank. All are tremendous and important to the teams success but I'll say Cousy Pippen Miller Who is more valuable to you pippen or miller Miller is my boy but Pippen is more valuable. Great defender, more versatile and usually consistent You easily have the leagues best perimeter trio, Who do you think is most important to the smooth running engine ? Assuming perimeter as in PG-SG-SF, I have to go Cousy. He's an elite guard offensively and usually fills the stat sheet and we all know how important an elite PG is.
