he did a nice job turning the Knicks around quick
Knicks took a huge leap forward from the basement of the east and that is very hard to do.

resigned all of his studs and had an amazing season
crazy amount of wins, ran nice DC to maximize talent

Loved the Davis and Payton additions. Very smart moves.
