So whats the agreement here? He basically has all the rights that I have but no trading players and no putting in DC's. That's between us. If you want to put in some rules go ahead. Is this the first Coach/Co GM in a while? There weren't any when I took over the Nets from Michael |

Yeah a "coach" needs to be able to set DCs. B Town you should let him do some "coaching" and also to sign FAs when needed. You can keep trading rights since you are the "GM" |

Just talk about the team and stuff, like "Nice win 1-0." If I'm there you can still attend -Keep the Celtics Q & A updated. Only Ask GM's questions (if thats allowed). -You can't trade anyone but you can ask for offers and tell me what people want for them. -Post an article if you wish Also, he can suggest a DC to me but my team is 10-1 with this DC. So until my team starts to struggle I'll ride out with this one |

If they start to struggle I'll give him permission to change itWell if somebody gets injured (like Tyreke Evans per say) and he's in a live sim and you aren't, he should be able to change the DC. I doubt he would change a 10-1 DC tho even if you gave him the right to do so. |
