kind of hoping I can go over the GMA with this one, it isn't much of a league issue, just something someone in the league maybe interested in. There's a chance no one would want one and that would pretty much end the idea.
It's great that the league is active and all, and that should be encouraged and something the league should have pride in, however it does make it hard for people waiting to get in. Instead of them sitting around waiting for an opening we could instead try to get them to join up with another GM and they atleast get their foot in the door. This is great for GM's who maybe aren't as active as they would like to be because of life and can use an extra hand managing the team. Of course, if a team opens up then the person who has been assistant GM the longest get the newly opened team.
How the both of you decide to do it is up to you, you could have one GM do one set of things like FA/DC/position changes and another do Trades/waivers and some other stuff. Or the both of you could make decisions on every issue related to the team. It's just that when a trade is done both would have to agree to the trade along with whoever they're trading with. You also have to include each other in pm's including FA offers and draft list.
So is anyone interested? dagrinch23 would have to want to be a Co-GM as well
