Change in Minnesota
During the all star break the Minnesota Timberwolves shocked the league with the announcement that phenomenal GM rookieoftheyear would be stepping down indefinitely, the search began for a new GM.
Shortly after the franchise hired GM loud, the franchise thought they were in a good position and knew that the place that ROTY put them in could not be possibly destroyed, or could it? In a move that shocked the entire league, new Timberwolves GM loud traded the teams best player, and arguably the leagues best player, Brandon Roy for a couple of draft picks.
The league wen’t insane, league commissioner, bundybastard quickly used his power to veto the deal, just as david stern did to the lakers 3 years ago. The league breathed a sigh of relief. But what ever happened to loud? Some say he disappeared, others say he was just a myth, but few know the truth. Loud was actually former Timberwolve Sam “ET” Cassell, who vowed revenge on the Wolves franchise for trading him to the Clippers. You could say this was his way of phoning home.
Finally, in a twist turn of events, GM supermaor23 came out of retirement to take control of the Wolves. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Los Angeles native, prepare to bend over. His abilities are most often comparable with Mitch Kupchak, famous Lakers GM. He has won multiple titles in over 5 sim leagues over the years, he has friends in high places and knows how and what to do with each team in order to build a contender for now and the future. GM’s beware, supermaor23 is here to stay.
