With Daedalus stepping down I unfortunately I do not have as much time as Id like to keep the NCEA running with its current set up. Im going to keep the NCEA apart of the league however Ill have to make the following adjustments.
* Current NCEA file to stay and Ill continue to add future draft classes annually.
* No more GM participation
* Ill do 3 NCEA Sims a Season, each a length of 40 games.
So basically Im just removing any GM participation in the NCEA, this will allow me to organise rosters and Sim when I have the time too.
