*URGENT*

It has been bought to my attention that you can only +2 max any RC category. This blunder is completely on me, as i was trying to remember what the rules were from HoopsActive. So if the simmers can freeze the RC thread for a minute and reverse the ones i/GMs put +3 in and give me/GMs a chance to reallocate the RCs, it would clear this situation up.
