You copped a lot of flak over your first move as GM (the Rockets trade). Could you explain in depth what your thought process was behind the move?
And please read the guidelines on Q&As! It'll make everything easier for both of us...

Well I took over this team that seemed to be going nowhere with the roster it had so I decided to make a big move right off the bat, so we pulled the trigger and made the deal for eric gordon who we have total confidence in he just needs better players around him. Everyone is dogging us for giving up a potential top 5-10 pick but nobody seems to notice the 11 million in cap space we saved by doing that deal which depending on how the resigning period goes we could have 20+ million to play around with in free agency.
We also took some steps towards building around gordon by aquiring ryan anderson and tiago splitter via waivers who are both young and have potential
People may not like the deal but we have no regrets about it

how long do you think it will be, until the Warriors are playoff bound? As much as I wanna say next year I can't we have solid pieces in eric gordon and marcus williams but other than that not so much, we'll try to be competetive next year id say we'll be playoff bound in two years if all the right pieces fall into place

It's the aim of every franchise to win a title... that as a given: when will the Warriors contend?

3. With all the moves we've made as of late its possible we could contend this season it all depends on if eric gordon and rudy gay can coexist and produce

Why do you not see Jeff Green in the Warriors' future plans?

Why do you not see Jeff Green in the Warriors' future plans? 4. We would love to have jeff in the future we're just not 100 percent sure if he'll resign and we don't want to let him walk and get nothing in return, so if we get a good enough offer we'll take it if not we'll take a risk and let him expire and possiblly RFA him and see what happens

Please make it clear who you're responding to (like you did answering bloop). (and it's a good idea to ask questions on OTHER Q&As. People aren't asking Qs because they're really, really interested in your team - they're HOPEFUL that you'll return the favour)...

thoughts on the 2nd pick and what direction you may go with it assuming Kyrie's picked 1st? (talk about the player if you already made the pick before answering)
