* Trading Future Draft picks, any GM in their CY most not trade any future draft picks that are not listed on index.
* Mentors, any player you wish to use as a Mentor must have spent a min 60 days on your roster
* Any GM who enters the first Sim of the Season without a minimum 12 players on their roster, will receive a fine.
* Davi Carvalho potential increase goes to +2 rather than +5
* In-Season LLE/MLEs can only be signed until Day 80, you cannot sign any of these if you signed an LLE/MLE during the off season.
