It seems most people remember, but maybe some were still caught off guard.
I said a while ago that if you were 1-2 mil over HC, you will not be allowed to use Waivers to get under. So let's set that to 1.5 mil over HC.
If you are above $85,500,000 million in salary, you are disqualified from using waivers until you get under that by other means.
*NOTE*: The 1.5 mil rule won't start until you officially violate the HC, so you are free to use waivers in the offseason until FA is over.
