First Place (19) - shorty
-made moves to try and get deron a ring. Don't hate the owner, hate the simmer (don't hate the player hate the game)
-Made acquisitions of West and Malone to put his team over the top. Best rebounding team in the league and a top five offensive team
-(everyone, including myself basically said the same thing)
Second Place (17) - BrazilianDude
-great team
-Grizzlies once again a beast out west and has a great record
-he seems to get it done with no mega star on his squad, just great chemistry. I take that back... Joel Embiid is a "MONSTAH!"
-best record in the league, fuck braz
-Would've picked braz but his team more or less stayed the same and I'm a sucker for big moves which all these owners did this season. Fuck the Grizz too (LOL same)(This isn't a vote, just made me laugh)
Third Place (9) - ballislife
-Elgin Baylor paid off. Made a nice move to get Drummond. Went all in as he should. Stayed with his core when many is a tank. Is a troll
-Dominant season for the most part. Kept developing talent and put together a real nice team. Could be real solid after retooling a bit.
-had the most surprising record in the league. Great Gming or something?

-always in the hunt for the big prize. Team is solidly built and DC'd to its fullest potential.
getbeard (5)
-good effort to become a winning team
walker (4)
-Surrounded some scoring wings with defense at the 1, 4 and 5. An excellent example of how it takes more than just A- or better defenders at every position to make a team good.
-quietly put up a nice 48 win season without having really any stars
itnas (3)
-nice team he's put together. all 5 starters putting up double digits on 45+ % shooting
bloop (3)
- reseting his entire team getting good talent and making the playoffs to ensure an extra year b4 cy
dandias (3)
-(this was part of my votes, see below)
tyfreak (2)
-Very good tanking that abble him to get Kemp, Pippen and R. Miller in the same draft and also Theo Vassalo in this one with the cap available he could sign a franchise player in the FAP and be a contender in next year.

-Might be too early to say, but has a superstar in Barkley and has positioned the team to add another through the draft, and more through FA. Well done.
SRG (1)
-SRG with a smart Waive claim just a little to late
My Votes:
1. dandias - Doesn't get much credit, but the other end of the big trade this season. Obtained a number of quality young players, acquired a pick and cash, moved bad contracts, and subsequently freed up nearly 32 million for one of the better Free Agency classes in recent years. However could have been better off with Malone, him being one of the better SG/SF and on a good contract and Yardley expiring and probably commanding a max next offseason, more than what Malone's making. But with Malone now being 30, Yardley now fits the mold of a good, young trio with Reggie Lewis and Fat Lever.
2. shorty - Made big moves. Signed West even though he died for most of the seasons. Acquired Malone. Won games. Everyone knows what they're getting with the Magic
3. ballislife/blooper - Not sure how to vote here. Heat were trying to tank but started off like 17-2 or something and just kept winning. Could be a bad GM if you're trying to tank but end up dominating a season. Still did well, kept the core for a while and finally panned out.
