I'm actually not sure what season it is right now...
Winners:
1) ducksrule (23) - Turned the Warriors around with their FA signings, smart use of waivers, and made the playoffs. Things you usually don't hear about the Warriors, you are hearing about this season under his guidance.
2) blueblaze (16) - While normally finishing #9 and being a borderline playoff team is the worst case scenario in basketball, due to the franchise history, the Celtics actually showed signs of having a future and a plan, and that's what's given blueblaze #2 on the voting.
3) Getbeard (15) - Made good moves to get Melo and Humphrises which added extra scoring and depth for their team. 61 wins says it all.
Shorty's Votes:
1) getbeard - Made two good moves in acquiring Melo and Humphries. Both moves helped make his team even better. Still think we could beat them in a series when healthy any day of the week tho.
2) Ducksrule - I'll give it to him, didn't expect the Warriors to be this good without a superb PG. But he didn't blow his waiver claim (well, I kinda made it easy for him to use it tbh ), set the right DCs for his team, and the Warriors had a great season.
3) Daedalus - It's not easy making his team even better, but he did it by adding Parker and of course he did the necessary things to make his team win. This is just a nod for winning 63 games and doing all the right things.
Others to receive votes:
Daedalus (14) - Getting Parker and winning 63 games
shorty (9) - Grabbing Ellington and jumping from 43 wins to 60 wins.
Nyybaseball (5) - Had to give up some key players to get under HC, and still stayed competitive.
Bannak (4) - Team really suffered from injuries, but they stayed in the hunt and made good moves to stay relevant.
Supermoar (2) - Lost Dwight and still stayed competitive
Shard (2) - Didn't make many splashy moves, but they finished as one of the elite teams in the East.
Itnas(2) - Don't ask, don't tell
Springs (1) - Tanked well
Ballislife (1) - Landed KD
tyfreak (1) - Landed Wall, won a bunch of games as usual
Bloops (1) - THey have a great young core
tdubs (1) - Made a great move to get AD for KD. Basically they just got younger, and now the Thunder will have a high lotto pick and cap space to build around AD. Kept Justin Jackson as well. Future's looking bright.
Brazillian(1) - Didn't trade with Itnas and got Lebron
1st place gets +3 RC
2nd place gets +2 RC
3rd place gets +1 RC
If you voted, then you may claim +2 RC. Winners who voted get their +2RC on top of their award points.
Congrats to the winners and thanks for those who voted for me. I'll have a list of the people who voted and checked in.

Very tough team to turn around but finally made a 50 win season and a top team in the West via good moves and DC
Had the best record at one point. couldn't lose for a while. The stank of eastdog is finally gone in Golden State

best GMing year the celtics have had since, ever? nothing spectacular but at the least made more progress with this franchise than had been done in some time.

Acquiring a 3rd scorer pushed the Lakers from "one of the contenders" to "favorite". Nabbing Hump is just gravy.
