and no expansion is fine, I do think GM's deserve a 2nd chance because things sometimes don't go their way and they get in CY because of that.
themouth is a proven example of why we shouldn't fire GM's for being in CY.

Well its up to you on it, Im just mentioning the way Ive seen the CY done in the same situation. Saric is also new to FBB so I was also giving him some time as well.

eastdog saric9 you guys know what this means, and you won't be able to get out of this time around with out getting 42 wins/playoffs  get those wins guys, you both have young teams with potential, don't lose those teams and let all the other GM's pounce on those FA's. Also, I'm implementing a new rule with this so I can clear up the issue of whether or not new GM's should be held accountable for their first season. If someone joins before the all star break or on the day the all star break is simmed, they will get a red mark if the team doesn't win 42/get in playoffs, if they join after the all star break is simmed, then it won't be counted. The only exception to that latter part is if a team inherits a team that is 65% or higher after the all star break and ends up missing the playoffs and/or doesn't get 42 wins. Then they will get a red mark. I will record what day we're on when the new GM joins and their record if I feel it's necessary (for example, someone joining in the offseason won't need this)

somerandomguy just to point out, my record for last year isn't posted..to avoid confusion, I believe i was 42-40. Otherwise, it would look like I'm bound for CY.

Yes you get another shot base, CYd GMs go through an expansion draft. So where is the expansion thread? Dont see it. Need every GM to put in a Expansion draft list, which is in the thread I posted. |

i kept last seasons team records since i made the announcement for Nets CY, so i can update if i can edit. and the only team at risk for next years CY would be Rockets if they dont get 42 or playoffs this season
