So clearly activity has taken a dip, likely due to some Sims being delayed and the Index not working for some GMs.
Well Ive tried to get in contact with a few sites regarding using their server for the index but with not much luck. So Im going down the path of considering moving the League back to a Sports forum. HA was alright but its layout was average and the lag was a bitch, but it brought activity and the index worked there. Im in the process of looking at different sports forums and trying to find one that has a ton of traffic while also having a lot of interest for a Sim League. Ive found a couple (not CSS) and Im awaiting a response from an admin. Making a move isn't confirmed, but with activity dropping a index playing up, action needs to happen sooner rather then later.
If you know of any sites feel free to list them here...

Sign up and PM the admin of the site (Cribbage) about it. There're a few bball enthusiasts's on that site and the site is mainly fantasy-simulation sports centric. The forum runs on vBulletin. |

The main concern is the index not working. If it wasn't for me the league wouldn't be very fun to be in so that's the #1 problem we need to solve

Im still looking at it, Ive got in contact with a few sites but they want us to move the lge if we use the server. Have asked another lge if we could use their server, might be able to work out something there.

Well I finally received a response from an Admin on a fairly popular forum, pmd one of em at prosportsdaily and he responded with the following...
"We don't provide hosting/servers, we are merely a sports
discussion forum. Running a league is done by existing users within the format of our forums, not through external websites. "
I can correct him on the external website comment, but I assumed every payed forum would have a host/server supplied from whoever they are paying. Surely a site like PSD is paying for it.
Hmm well Ill keep looking around, bit over it tbh.

Sign up and PM Chief about it and then PM peternorth (Basketball mod) about it. I reckon they can set up something for ya sub-forums and shit-wise. However they might make you pay if you want to use their server... Suss it out though, it might be worthwhile. |
