Can I use FA next year?
What exactly are the full penalties?
Need the first question answered so I set my team up for a huge cap offseason or not

Pretty sure you got no picks and can't use free agency.

He can use free agency he just loses two firsts and hughes. Thats what happened to me. But if he has cap space he can make offers.

Only Bundy knows for sure, but it sounds like: Lose best player + 2 (either 1sts or FA privileges).
Due to the Bucks' pick situation, it sounds like make them lose this year's FA + make them lose their next available first. Just so the franchise won't be without a first for like 6 seasons.

He loses Hughes and the next 2 available 1st rounders, its in the CBA so the rule needs to be the same.
So why is Hughes on the Clippers roster?
