The East is a nightmare for the playoffs. Every team is worthy.

At the very least we need to restructure CY, 37 wins shouldn't reset your CY count

At the very least we need to restructure CY, 37 wins shouldn't reset your CY count Disagree Put those teams in the East and they are still in CY, move them out West and they get out. How is that fair? Pistons had to scramble to beat CY because they had 37 wins and 40 wins in two consecutive seasons, put them in the West and they beat it both times You literally have zero case in saying to keep it the same, just like the waiver system. Coincidentally, you benefit from both rules staying the same. Funny that

The suggestion I made was 42 wins to reset CY, though if you make playoffs but are below 42 wins you get an additional year to beat the CY. So if you are say an 8th seed but have 37 wins, you keep your team, but next season you have to get to 42 wins.
