Wondering if or why not can we extend D-League to the 3rd season of a rookie's contract?
Just an example:
Sometimes a team is up against the HC wall and only can fill a team with 12 players. Might take them a couple of seasons to wiggle some cap room to have 13+ on their team to send their rook to the development league.
i know it's part of GMing to make sure you handle your cap. I'm cool either way.

I have planned on allowing any 2nd leaguer who gets extended to a 3rd Season to be have the option to play in Euroleague. Which would mean you would be able to camp them similar to how you can camp the international players.
So for example
1st yr Asian lge
2nd yr Dlge
3rd Eurolge

Would also like players 18 and 19 have d league option after pick 6. Like Melo too good for d league regardless of age. But a guy Like darko not a super star but I liked him at 11. Clearly not ready at all for the nba at 18 but I can't d league him bc his draft spot.
Thoughts ?

I think that would make picks 6-10 more valuable than 1-5.. once you get through the lotto, there isnt as much talent to make a difference. Darko should have been a lotto whether he could be dleagued or not, but i think if 6-13 can be dleagued then a guy like darko becomes more valuable than a guy like Tony Parker

Or what if they didn't put up x stats their first year they can be opt to d lg second year bc they sucked. But they would have to have at least starter min or 28 mpg to accumulate the stats
