Considering bringing in a Euroleague, haven't put a ton of thought into it so im still just throwing ideas out there at the moment.
So basically have around 90 international players, they can be from anywhere in the world, im just going with the euro name since it seems to be the 2nd most popular association behind the NBA. Each GM will have a team, can be from anywhere in the world but must be real. 90 players created will all be 21 yrs old at the beginning of the league, however they will be required to spend a min 3 yrs in Euro before they are able to be transferred over. How players are distributed between teams will go through a bidding process, which means GMs will use their GM cash to bid on players, all players will have a reserve placed on them with reserves varying depending on the player. This feature will not start up for another 4 - 5 Seasons so GMs will have plenty of time to save their cash. Im not keen on having individual player auctions, it will just drag out for ages so im thinking of dividing the players into groups of 3 which would mean 30 auctions. Any players passed through will then likely be auctioned off individually. International players will be able to be camped while in Euroleague however it wont be done through any of the nbadsl camps. Will bring in a new separate currency, likely something European, fuck I don't know what currency thats used there, pennes or some shit. Basically 1 penne is a +1 rc, they will he available via the normal shit you do in the nbadsl, so etc in a sim thread it could be the usual $50 atrendence shit then 1 penne as well. There will be restrictions, max +3 per category a Season.
You will technically own the players rights, their rights will be allowed to be traded in the nbadsl with no salary being involved.
5 international will be the most allowed in a team, each team will need a min 5 players so any remaining starting spots will be either FAs/dlgers/eurolgers...bench players will be fakes.
Will do a summerlge style sim at the start of the Season, legit sim ASW and another during the Offseason.
Won't be anything major just an added feature...
