Okay, so as everyone probably knows now, Bundy is out. Most likely he needs a break for a few seasons cuz, I won't lie, this shit burns you out. Especially if there's a job and family involved.
But as long as everyone can make some sacrificies and some people chip in, there's no reason why this league can't continue on until Bundy wants back in. I thought I would create this thread so everyone knows that it's not over yet and so we can have some direction on the future.
So in the meantime, here's a list of all the responsibilities of a commish that 2-3 full-time commishes normally handle:
Running a Sim:
- Inputting DCs
- Camps
- S/C/C
- Trades
Draft
- Filling out a draft class
- Creating player files
- Draft Notes
- Running the draft
Offseason
- FA bid inputting
- Simming FA Days
- TC
- Inputting camps
- Preseason (CPU and real)
Summer League will probably be scrapped cuz that shit is time consuming and probably not worth the trouble (sorry).
Now it would be unfair to dump it all on Itnas, and I doubt he can keep it up by himself w/o burning out as it is.
I have done all these things before so I can fill in and offer support (at the very least, I can PM at work or when I'm away and point you in right direction).
So if anyone can offer any support in any of these areas, please post here:
Sim Squad
Itnas
(shorty) - I can give you one sim a week at most. Work + doing shit on weekends prevents me from guaranteeing more

^ I've seen you guys either sim or offer your services before. If anyone else wants to volunteer, feel free. Playoffs should be done by whoever isn't in the playoffs or just by Itnas. We'll try to let Itnas handle the camps, scc himself. But if others can do the actual simming, then that would cut down Itnas' regular workload.
Let's try and get a rotation of 2-3 simmers. Veteran simmers preferred.
Draft Squad:
Itnas
(shorty) - support role. Will create player files or critique as needed since I have the most experience in this league as far as creating players.
Everyone else - Submit your fake players and offer suggestions on international players to fill up draft classes. We need 70 players a draft. It's fine to fill out like 20 random fakes, put in 20 created fakes, and try to populate the last 30 with real players.
I'm sure Bannak or SRG can offer support as well since they know how this league is run
Offseason
Itnas
(shorty) - Will input bids on days 3+4 or Day 5 if needed. Let Itnas do the rest. TC will be done exclusively by Itnas
If anyone can help with inputting offseason DCs, that would be a big help since that takes a shittone of time to do
