I know this is a very tiny sample size (although, it goes along with what he's doing) but Tim Hardaway only averaged 2 turnovers a game in 5 games with only one of them going as high as 3 turnovers. It is so refreshing having a PG that doesn't throw away the ball. I have had Kenny Smith, Rod Strickland, Pete Maravich and Terrell Brandon all on my team, all of these guys were high turnover players in my system and everyone except Kenny really hurt my win-loss total I think.
Now that I have finally got a PG that won't throw away the ball I'm expecting alot better play from this team, I think that was the #1 thing that needed to be corrected and honestly, has been a priority of mine ever since Kenny.

I have only 8 players, I can't play with two starters injured. Too bad we could have been in the fight for #1. Now we are gonna be #4 or #5.

I think that's what I love the most about Magic stats : Magic Johnson PG 65 29.3 11.1 3.7 6.8 1.6 0.1 1.9 .466 .776 .370

Low turnovers is a must for me at the point. When i have a high TO pg, i make him the #1 option so at least he's shooting at the basket. ..lol
