Starting to think someone bullshitted about that just to move him I know roty told me rose had 99 potential. Makes sense cause he came in at like B- C C+ C+ and peaked at like B+ A- A A |

High potential players can bust tho, so there is the randomness element. Higher potential just means better chance of exploding in TC as far as I know. |
