Finally found the pm popnfresh left me that lists a password for every team in the league to access the scouting tool, those who already have one continue to use that. If you do not have a password then PM me thanks.
Speaking of draft scouting Im going to assume all spending has been paid, if not you have 24 hrs from this post to sort this out, if this doesn't happen Ill add extensive fines on top of the outstanding balance.

I was doing mine but then I saw where a moderator was deducting the scouting so I quit since they were doing it.
Don't know where I stand now exactly.
Is scouting tool accurate?

I dont know about others but I always made sure I never scouted more than I had in the bank.

If you scouted and went into debt I think penalties shoud be applied.

I assumed I could trust a GM to automatically pay the fee straight away, didnt realize GMs still hadnt paid yet, pretty disappointing shit like this is happening
