The RFA suggestion killed my Aar boner so I'll go SRG I'm not against RFA, but I think there's a discussion to be had. Free agency is way more interesting with a bigger free agent pool and more possibilities. If people want drafts to be stronger, there would be more incentive for late round studs if RFA wasn't a factor. That's my opinion, but I'm definitely flexible based on the consensus among GMs. I'm not looking to put my opinions ahead of what others feel on any topic.

I'll say this...
If you think that the league is the best that it can be right now, I'm not your guy.
I want to present changes to improve the league, stimulate activity, give more incentive to trade and add interesting features that other leagues have never tried before.
I've been in countless leagues over the years and the ones that innovate are the ones that stick around.
FBB is very limited software, but there is so much more that can be done to make the most of what it offers.
I think that right now, this is a great league, but I always think that there is room for improvement.
If you don't feel the same way, I'm not the guy to vote for and I'll come out and be honest about that.
If you're interested in seeing the league evolve with new, cool features, you should vote for me.

I don't even care either of these guys is active enough to do it, I'm voting aar though with a gun to my head cuz I do believe some change in areas could be good overall for activity. Definitely think rfa tag should be increased or just straight get rid of rfa. More movement of players, and people won't be so in love with their prospects if they know they can't rfa them.

RFA is fine as is. $500 cash to KEEP your own player is more than fair

RFA is fine as is. $500 cash to KEEP your own player is more than fair He's not "your own" player, he's a free agent. When you draft someone good in this league the mindset is "he's mine for the next 8-9 years", which is why u can't trade anyone over the age of like 28 for a bag of chips. Think it would be excellent for the trade market that there is actually a risk of trying to keep lots of young players.

Find middle ground and reduce the amount of years an RFA extension can be signed to or something, don't punish teams for wanting to keep a player they drafted. League will just turn into teams waiving players to get cap room every 4 years when good players come off their rookie deals

When will this be finalized?
If I'm selected, I want to put together a list of changes to vote on ASAP as the season is winding down and I want to avoid a lockout.
