Will be paid $200 a season. PM Itnas/David Sterns/Shorty a list people who missed DCs every season.
You are allowed 2 missed DCs a season (including Preseason/Playoffs). You will be fined $50 per missed DC after your 2nd missed DC. There can be exceptions of course if you feel that you qualify. Just bring it up, we can work around it. This place isn't a job or a chore after all (I hope not). The whole point of this is to just add incentive to post DCs. I doubt this affects most of you anyway, people have been pretty good with their DCs for the most part.
***This rule will be pro-rated for the rest of this season. So you are allowed 1 missed DC after the ASW. Afterwards, it's -$50 per DC you miss in the second half of THIS season.

I can't imagine why anyone would be mad at the messenger. It's league rules so if they don't follow, then that's on them, not you or anyone else. |

Regardless, you don't work 24 hours per day, jobs give ppl breaks anyway. Login and post same, takes 2 min. If you can't do that then fucking leave nobody will care, got two active gm's on the waiting list. |

There are full 24 hour periods I don't come on here. I work 10-12 hours a day, sleep 6-8 hours a day, and try to live my life and other responsibilities 4-6 hours a day. So truth is there will be days when I won't be on here. A couple of my staff left so my schedule is going to become more insane. But if I am controlled by the ability to make one stupid meaningless post when I sometimes have no means to do it, then obviously I have strong objections. So I call foul.

This is probably a little too strict considering the league has been running over 30 Seasons, lot of loyal GMs here and these days their hard to find, I haven't really taken a ton of notice of the DC count the past 2 Seasons but when I was Im sure we were getting easily a min 22 DCs a Sim which imo is pretty damn impressive. A lot of leagues Ive been apart of have struggled to reach 15 when at a similar amount of Seasons to this league. If the GM is active and contributing around the forum then there should be leniency, however if you haven't posted for a few days then I say this is needed. Ive noticed a few GMs are slacking with posting lately *cough* walker *cough*

Maybe the penalty should be amended, but either way, the DC checker job is in. |

yeh maybe less fines, more so seeing whos active and cares. nets at least makes convo and stuff so we know hes alive. walker doesnt talk so if he deosnt post a dc only god knows unless he makes a tb

You're also the only person who ever has a huge problem with this. You seem to be on at least 20 seconds per day 80% of days. That's all it takes to not get fined. |
