eastdog wasn't the worst ever but I would say his main issues were: his lack of direction for his team during his pre-CY years and constantly flipping higher value guys for lower value ones + cash/picks. Don't know why it got so much worse this offseason though and why he got so defensive about it (like in this thread), too bad - he was pretty active usually.
