So, I need a paragraph to explain myself, the team in question here is the Nets and they're currently 26-33. So to avoid being an expansion team they would have to go 16-7, as you guys may know, I follow contract year teams throughout the year and the Nets have been hovering around below 5 wins for 50% they had a worse sim then that up to day 85 so there's enough reason to believe that they won't get to 42 wins. Now I would love to see the Nets get to 42 wins, it's not fun losing your entire team and being forced to start over, but I like to give you guys as much time to get your expansion list in.
Now how this works is each team puts out a list of up to 8 protected players and up to 0-7 unprotected players (dependent on how many players you have) then whoever the team in question is that's picking picks 8 players off the unprotected list and the draft ends. If there's more then one team, then they take turns and the team with the lowest record gets first choice. Players that are soon to be free agents even if they offer to resign and you accept that resigning offer are excluded from the draft and do not need to be protected, incoming rookies (if list are still being done that late) are also excluded.

please copy and paste the unprotected as well, it's so much easier for me to copy and paste your list if you just put the players that are unprotected instead of me looking through your team for players you didn't protect
If all 28 teams put an expansion list in (Nets are excluded), claim a +2 RC, redrum can claim the +2 as well if it happens
