Some players have really high handling/passing, but they still turn the ball over a lot because I guess they are just turnover prone, or they try to do too much. They usually are productive and make a lot of players as well, but it could just be that they aren't suited to play with a certain play style and or team composition. Like Steve Nash on the Wiz right now. He had around 3TOPG for hte past few season, but it's down to 2.0 TOPG now. Steve Francis is another example. He's only a B handling (and probably not a very high B), but his assist/TO ratio has gotten better the past two seasons cuz I've been playing at a face that he likes, and cuz we have lots of good scoring options so he turns the ball over less and gets less turnovers. I've been trying to tinker with the pace. Very fast and fast he consistently had 4-6 TOs a game. With normal he had I think 3 3 8. I'm going to give normal a few more tries and if nothing changes, slow pace will get a shot. Lebron could just be a high TO player. Players like Jamaal Tinsley had 4.0 despite an A- handling. Also yeah the SG role needs better ball handling in general. Lebron's B- handling should be more than good enough, but I dk, maybe his distribution of skills just doesn't make him the best at SG. He's still beasting tho, so it's not like he's choking away at SG or anything. |
