How do you feel about your team's future and what plan do you have in mind regarding it? 1. Management believes that we have a bright future ahead of us. As of right now, Jennings & Bynum are the future of this team. We are always looking to add a few more pieces to upgrade our team. Whether if it's through free agency or the draft. Now we are not canceling out this season. The team is going to make a push but I can tell you this free agency will treat us very well in the future. |

What do you need to add in FA/Draft/Trade to become a playoff team? 2. Offense. That's all I can say to you. We believe we are a solid defensive team holding our opponents to 94ppg. But are coming up short on the offensive end avging only 84ppg. A 10 point difference, which is not a good look for us. So whether it's fa, the draft, or even a trade, the offensive side of the floor is what we are hoping to upgrade. |

With the East have multiple teams fighting for 7th and 8th seed, where do you think your team will be, a playoff team or not a playoff team?

After bad mouthing Tracy McGrady and showing him the door by not offering him a contract to resign...what made your management staff turn around and resign him? Also what are you expectations for him this year.

After bad mouthing Tracy McGrady and showing him the door by not offering him a contract to resign...what made your management staff turn around and resign him? Also what are you expectations for him this year. 3. Well the media is always coming up with any gossip they can find. Our organization would never bad mouth McGrady. We love him as a player & person. He's a future hall of famer and we love to have him part of this team. Hopefully he will retire as a Piston. We had a serious sit down talk with him and told him our plans for the future. If he wanted to be part of this team, we would have to have compromise. Which would be to take less money and just give us his all and we will bring him a ring. As you can see, he signed with us for 2 more seasons so you can tell he believes in us like we believe in him. We expect him to be a valuable player of this team by mainly mentoring our young players in Batum & Mitchell. Along with that bringing a 2nd championship to the city of Det. |

What are your expectations for this season? 4. As a organization, we always strive for the highest goal which is a championship. Realistically, this team has a lot of potential to make the playoffs and while we're to make a strong push. We had some great signings in Bargnani & Batum, along with retain Tmac back. We have a good mixture of good young players with our vets out there teaching them the ropes along the way as the season unfolds. This season should be a great one. I fully expect us to make a strong playoff push. Hope you stay along for the ride. |

You planning on making a move this year for a guard that can carry the offense a bit more? Bledsoe put up 10 ppg in preseason which was by far your best guard scorer.

Which of your offseason moves was your favorite? 5. I mean after losing out on all the big names I was kind disappointed. Honestly I liked all my moves, but my favorite would have to be Batum. I tried multiple times trading for him but it didn't work out. So getting him in fa really made this organization happy. |

Well first of all this is Bynum's team but as of a guard offensive play, McGrady gives you 15ppg. He can still play. If we need to make a move later in the season, we will look at all options. As of now I think we're fine. |

But this is the most complete team that I've had since taking over the Pistons. I strongly believe we can make a push for the playoffs this season. This team is ready to make a splash. |

With Tracy McGrady's struggles, do you regret giving him the contract you gave him? 8. It's pretty disappointing that he's struggling like he is that's why he had to take him off as an option. I won't say I regret it just yet. It's only 10 games for us, but hopefully he starts to pick up soon. |

Are the Pistons going to make the playoffs this season? 9. No doubt about that. I've said this before but I feel like this is the most complete team I've had in a while. We're always looking to add a few pieces here and there to improve the team but the core of the 3 Bs of Bynum, Batum, & Blesdoe will be something special. |

Well first of all I'm the type of GM that likes to take changes. If it doesn't work out, then we'll figure it out when the time comes. Yeah losing out on Lillard was kind of disappointing but I'm not going to sit here and dwell on the past. 2nd the season hasn't ended so we don't know if the pick is going to be a lotto or 30th. I don't feel like it was a bad trade and if you do than that's on you. |

did contract year influence you to make the recent T-Mac deal with the 1st attached? Could that be why there maybe a little desperation in making the post season this year instead of next when there's a possibility of expansion?
